The breakfast had a great variety of food and was fantastic, and the location was perfect for walking around the center.

That was comfortable hotel set in secure area, very close to both in terms of tourist attractions close by and restaurants/shops/bars, Near to the city center and downtown. Booked standard double room with bathroom.

I was initially worried about noise, but it turned out to be incredibly quiet at Hostal Zabala. The location was perfect, with everything within easy walking distance. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi was strong. The staff, although not fluent in English, were friendly, informative, and helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. It made exploring Madrid so convenient and easy. Secondly, the staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a double bed and air conditioning. this hotel offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations.
